General
Where is the event located?+
The event takes place at Storefjell Resort Hotel on Golsfjellet, Norway.
Is the hotel included in the price?+
Yes. AGM on ICE is meant to be an affordable weekend — your registration includes hotel accommodation at Storefjell Resort Hotel, plus the core programme (welcome party, meetings, Lavo Party, gala, and meals as listed). Optional day tours and bar drinks are extra.
Arrival
When does registration open on site?+
Registration opens at the hotel reception from 12:00 on Friday. Early arrivals on Thursday can check in at the hotel as usual.
Transport
Is there a return bus?+
Yes. Return buses depart from the front of the hotel on Sunday at 10:00 for OSL and Oslo Central Station. Be ready a few minutes early.
Program
What happens on Friday evening?+
After registration, we kick off with a welcome party, a buffet-style dinner, and a night in the Piano Bar.
Is there assigned seating at the Gala Evening?+
No. The Gala Evening has free seating.
How many delegates can participate in the banner exchange?+
Maximum two delegates per country.
Activities
I signed up for a day tour but cannot attend. Will I get a refund?+
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for tours that have already been booked.
Practical
Will we see the Northern Lights?+
They may be visible, but cannot be guaranteed — visibility depends on weather and solar activity.
Is there Wi-Fi at the hotel?+
Yes. Login details are on the screen in your hotel room.
Can I buy drinks with card?+
Yes. Card payments are accepted.
What are the alcohol regulations?+
Norwegian alcohol laws apply at the hotel. When entering Norway you may bring a duty-free quota (18+ for beer/wine/tobacco, 20+ for spirits above 22%). See Norwegian Customs for full details.
Travel
What if my flight is cancelled?+
Organizers cannot offer refunds for travel disruptions outside our control. We can provide documentation confirming the event took place for insurance purposes.

Dress code varies by activity. Official chains at meetings and the gala.
